4MQTT Flow is an IoT automation and telemetry management platform. By creating an account and accessing the services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using the platform.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, access tokens, and MQTT broker endpoints. Any actions performed under your account, including rule execution and dashboard sharing, are your sole responsibility.
Users must not abuse system resources, attempt unauthorized penetration testing, inject malicious MQTT payloads, or use the platform for unlawful activities or network attacks.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The platform maintainers are not liable for any physical hardware malfunctions, sensor failures, loss of telemetry data, or network interruptions caused by third-party broker outages.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms of Service.
We collect minimal information necessary to deliver platform features: account username, email address (used for activation and password recovery), session tokens, and telemetry logs transmitted by your configured MQTT devices.
All user passwords and sensitive broker credentials are encrypted using cryptographic hashing and industry-standard security protocols. Automated encrypted backups protect system integrity. Data is never sold or transferred to third-party ad networks.
Local storage and session tokens are strictly functional, used to maintain authentication state, UI preferences (e.g., dark theme and language), and dashboard configurations. Device telemetry is stored only within your tenant database.
You retain full rights to view, export, modify, or permanently delete your account, brokers, and telemetry history at any time through profile settings or upon request to platform administration.
For privacy questions, data export requests, or security inquiries, please contact the platform administrator or support team.
